Becky Brett founded 10 to Midnight Productions in July, 2002,  armed with a theater degree from Northwestern University and  10 years of experience in production and event management.   Prior to starting 10 to Midnight Productions, Becky served as  production manager for the Chicago Humanities Festival (CHF),  seeing more than 150 programs annually to fruition and managing the  efforts of more than 1000 international participants, staff and volunteers  for each festival, plus year-round programming. Prior to CHF, she worked with the Lyric Opera of Chicago and the Ryan Opera Center as production coordinator, which included producing a world premiere opera and the launch of Lyric's Opera in the Neighborhoods tours. Since striking out on her own, 10 to Midnight Productions’ clients have included the Chicago Improv Festival, Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Music Institute of Chicago, Scholarship Chicago, Manitoba Blue Cross and Winediva Enterprises. In addition to her event producing activities,  Becky is a regular contributor to PerformINK, Chicago’s entertainment industry trade newspaper.  Becky serves as artistic director of Appetite Theatre and is a    member of the Woman’s Club of Evanston.
